What to expect

Under the guidance of About Eatery’s executive chef Gabriele Luna who starred in Iron Chef Thailand Season 7, learn to make three different types of homemade pasta, including Strascinati, a pulled pasta shape popular in southern Italy. Made with the traditional technique of dragging the dough with three or four fingers on a wooden table, giving the pasta a rough and a sleek surface reflecting Apulia’s landscape. “I started to play with pasta when I was just six years old,” says Luna. “My friends, they would all play video games, but I would play with pasta. Making pasta is my passion!” You will work in the kitchen that is at the center of a rustic Italian restaurant that prides itself in its commitment to organic and local ingredients. About Eatery is also the first and biggest natural wine bar in Bangkok.
